There's something about Vegas that brings out a different

only a guy. The ladies even shop before they get
there, a fact that men accept after a trip to the pools.

Of course, there might be some kind of precedent for this in
Las Vegas. After all, two of their more famous performers are
gay lion tamers.

The film industry is the best example of this style. For
instance, in
Swingers Vince Vaughn tells John Favreau to
dress classy. Classy enough to compel the casinos to "give
daddy the
Rain Man suite."

Which brings us to
Rain Man itself, where the reunited
brothers wear matching suits. That's pretentious to me and

On the other end of the spectrum is

draw strange looks anywhere else in the country, but even
they work in Sin City.

The destination destination.
Fashion Done Vegas Style.
The powers that be in Las Vegas are savvy folks. They see that people are wiling to spend their money on
clothes and are working on a daily basis to make sure the tourists have their options.

One non-casino option is the aptly named Fashion Show Mall. Near Treasure Island and the Wynn, this mall
offers Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus.

You may have heard of a few of the shops at
Bellagio. Do the names Gucci, Armani, Prada, Tiffany mean
anything to you?

Caesars competes with the
Forum Shops offering Versace, Burberry, Louis Vuittan as well as some more
middle class places like the Banana Republic.

Frankly, listing more casinos along with their shops would get redundant. Often there are several stores of the
same name throughout the city.
Again, the planners of Las Vegas are savvy. There are tourists walking around
with pockets full of money in every direction and, rest assured, in each direction there is a cash register.

So when in Las Vegas dress like a movie star. Just remember, that means pretty much wear whatever you want.
