PHOTO  JOURNAL: WASHINGTON D.C.
This is Robert F Kennedy's grave. It's small (as
per his wishes) for such a significant person,
especially, in a city that named a stadium with
65,000+ capacity after him. In the end, it's a
remarkable example of humility only seen in
America.
On the right is John F Kennedy's
grave. On the left is Jackie's. She
later married a Greek guy after
JFK's death. When married twice,
how does one decide with whom to
get buried? I think it's like a
ballplayer deciding which uniform to
wear at the hall of fame - only
gorier.
Mary Todd Lincoln's grave. Added along
with
the last two photos of graves in
order to show some kind of perspective.
Perspective into what?
Not sure.
In many cities you point your camera
at one thing and hope for the best.
In D.C. you barely have to aim
before catching some of the U.S's
finest sights.
It's the FEW GOOD MEN shot!
The Netherlands' donated this monstrosity to the US.
It looks kind of funny, makes loud sounds, and
doesn't do much. A perfect description of my week in
their country.
This is what Somebodyisfromhere.com
refer
s to as the FLAG OF OUR
FATHERS'
monument. It's huge. It's in a
park. It's off a main road. In other
words, it sticks out like a sore thumb,
only in this scenario it's an attractive
thumb or something.
End, dude.
