Fourth Largest French Speaking City?
>>> Well, the first one makes sense. That's Paris, you know, the capital of
France. Number two is Kinshasa of the Congo. Montreal nabs number
three.
That makes sense too.

Could the fourth city really be from a fourth country? Well, with that set up,
of course it is. It is
Abidjan of Cote d'Ivoire. In English this country is often
referred to as the Ivory Coast.

Cote D'Ivoire's languages are:
The official language is French, although many of the local
languages are important, including Baoulé, Dioula, Dan, Anyin
and Cebaara Senufo. The main religions are Islam, Christianity
(primarily Roman Catholic) and various indigenous religions.

"There must be democracy," said the outspoken musician during a news conference in
the Malian capital where he has lived since civil war broke out in Ivory Coast in 2002.

"He (Gbagbo) must find an exit door. We live in planetary village and when the whole
world talks about you, you must listen," he said.  "There have been too many deaths in
Ivory Coast, we don't want any more bloodshed," he said
